Client plugs an Insignia USB to VGA adapter into his brand new Carbon XI (Windows 10), prompts him to reboot, black screen ever since. I've googled this to death and have come to the conclusion that I'm going to have to figure out how to manually uninstall these drivers. I have already tried System Restore (3 restore points, all failed) 'Resetting Windows', and that worked for about a minute, a couple of beeps, black screen. Anybody have any idea what these files might be named and where they would be located? Any tips at would be greatly appreciated.
